Letting : tenancy agreement, rent, rights and obligations

Renting out a property means signing a contract governed by law: tenancy duration, rent amount and revision, deposit, inventory, allocation of charges, notice and notice periods. The rules differ depending on whether the property is rented unfurnished or furnished, and they change regularly. This section explains, with official sources, the rights and obligations of both landlords and tenants, with concrete examples for properties in Veules-les-Roses and on the Alabaster Coast. Looking for a property? See our properties to rent. Renting out a property? The firm can also manage your rental.
